This is one among the best budget lip glosses. If you are a gloss lover and you want a nice pigmented gloss with a decent staying power then you should definitely give this a try. Street Wear is one brand which has a mix of both good and dud products, like for instance I dint like the lipsticks from the same color rich range, because of their pathetic smell, while I liked their glosses better.
This gloss was a random buy and I don’t regret buying this at all, I have used this gloss so many times and it never failed even once. It’s a good buy and worth for what you pay.
Price : I dint have much expectations from this gloss for 140 INR but it was great to use :).It would be a great pick for college goers, as this range has got many n*des, browns and pinks to give you that natural lip colour.
Shade: It is a beautiful n*de pink that will suit all fair to medium skin tones. It is nicely pigmented and gives good coverage and hides pigmentation to an extent only. This shade can be worn alone too!!A good one swipe is enough on my lips for the colour to show up.
Finish: this gives a nice glossy finish.it has very beautiful silver shimmers which are not chunky at all, and are very very fine and won’t make the lips look OTT.
Texture & staying power: The texture is neither runny nor thick, but the perfect combination of both, and hence it is easy to apply on the lips and spreads well. It has got the slight sticky feel but not something that makes you uncomfortable when worn and it stays for 1 hour without any eating or drinking in between, which is great for a gloss in the budget range.
Wand: It comes with the regular doe-foot applicator.
Summing up the pros and cons
1) Nicely pigmented gloss, gives good coverage.
2) Easy to apply texture
3) Decent staying power
4) Less sticky
Ummm nothing at all….considering the price tag with which it comes, i seriously do not see any con.
So ladies did you like this gloss? It is not a must buy, but you won’t regret even if you pick it up randomly 🙂
